9875 - Process Controller

To support our continued growth and development, we are recruiting into our Process Controller team, within the Operations Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a varied and challenging role working for a world class, global leader within port operations.

Reporting to the Operations Managers and working within defined areas of responsibility, Process Controllers are an essential part of our Operations Delivery Team. They provide support and direction to our operators; are a link between the Planning and Delivery stages of our services and, alongside our Shift Supervisors, deliver consistency in what we do regarding process management.  

As a Process Controller you will be accountable for key elements of our service delivery, including Vessel, Rail and Haulage operations as well as the coordination of our Container Parks; you will be a focal point of contact for specific areas of Container Division Operations and working alongside planning, infrastructure, examinations and other stakeholder teams you’ll create, distribute, coordinate and monitor the best plan for our business needs and to meet customers’ expectations.
