9866 - Rail Operations Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced operations manager with a close interest in the Rail sector to join our team at Hutchison Ports UK.

As a supportive and confident manager, you will drive our Rail strategy through data-driven decisions, focused commercial awareness (both through understanding our customers and their needs, but also understanding of how our operations affect the overall commercial success), and excellent stakeholder management.

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced people manager within an operations environment, with preference given to those with Rail experience. You will have excellent data skills, commercial awareness, and have outstanding organisational and management skills.
