The Operations improvement team is currently looking to identify outstanding individuals with passion for science and technology and an analytical and creative approach to problem solving. This role is crucial to the continuous improvement process, which will work closely with Management and Operations teams to effectively and efficiently deliver business change. If you are entrepreneurial, have an eye for identifying improvement methods, interested in project management and with a curious mind-set this opportunity may be for you!

Working within Operations Improvement, you will be able to undertake varied and diverse work, with the freedom to investigate and suggest operational changes and work on a fast paced and ever changing environment across the different areas of the Port: operations, strategies, system logics, planning, engineering, development, etc. Some key projects you could be working on include; identification of value adding activities, process analysis and improvement (waste identification and redesign), process implementation, change management, system design, system testing….
