9075 HR Case Manager

The Port of Felixstowe is one of the largest deep-water Ports in the UK and to support our continued growth and development we are looking to recruit an HR Case Manager within the Employee Relations division. In this position you will be required to provide a professional case management advisory service to managers and employees, advising on all matters relating to company policy and collective agreements.

This role requires you to have well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to influence within the management team whilst remaining calm and professional at all times. You will need to be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
